There are exceptions to this, and we can advise you on what permissions you would need to apply for. Technical Design and Building Regulations
MRT Architects can produce technical drawings, specifications, and schedules suitable for submission to builder control for approval, ensuring compliance before construction work starts on your project. Tender Action
The technical drawings, specifications, and schedules can be further enhanced and compiled as part of a tender package that can be used for costing purposes by builders and other specialists who you may choose to construct your project. Contract Administration
It is recommended that the Client and their chosen Contractor agree a form of building contract, which is a document designed to protect both you and your builder during the construction process. MRT Architects can administer the building contract and conduct regular site inspections and design meetings throughout the build process to ensure the agreed design and specification is followed until completion.
