This contemporary new house has a covenant height restriction of twenty feet which was the driving force behind the design, low and long. Which allows the accommodation to be housed in two wings either side of the central core which incorporates the main sitting room giving excellent views over the garden. The wing on the left (West) contains the kitchen and dining room with the bedrooms and bathroom located in the wing to the right (East). This three pronged design allows each room a view out over the property and connects each space with the outside and surrounding land.
