One of our beautiful refurbishment projects of an old stone farmhouse near Stratford-upon-Avon. This gorgeous little cottage was on its last legs when we first came to visit. A Rotting timber roof, mouldy crumbling walls and lots of rising damp. We have given it a new roof, windows, doors, floors, and a complete internal strip out, whilst maintaining it’s important stone features and character. We have quite cleverly given this modest house a first floor which is invisible from the front elevation, maintaining it’s bungalow ‘look’ from the front. Our clients are very pleased with outcome of this project and are now enjoying their new home.
