The site was formerly a vacant print works; a brown field site in the centre of the town in the heart of the conservation area. The design concept involves a robust architectural scheme of industrial character to reflect its previous history. The project combines a mixture of traditional and contemporary to provide a blend of architecture well suited to this part of Stratford-Upon-Avon.
