This scheme represents an example of a large urban renewal scheme of apartments and live work accommodation. Car parking, bin, cycle and motorcycle provision is located in a sub basement deck behind live work units on the street frontages. The design produces a landmark building with architectural merit different than many other formulaic concepts elsewhere in the city.
