The architecture of the development is inspired by the local Vernacular and respects the distinctiveness and traditional materials of Wixford and the Arrow and Avon Terraces. The scheme replaces the ugly concrete hard standings of the Gas Depot and it's industrial buildings and replaces it with a development of quality houses designed to be in harmony with the landscape.
