The proposal was a well considered response to the challenge of redeveloping this site of a single dwelling to form 8 units in this sustainable location. The design takes account of the character of the area and is appropriate in height, scale and massing to adjoining buildings. The development is located on the site with due regard for neighbours amenity and by its unique but responsible design, will enhance and preserve the setting of this attractive part of Stratford-Upon-Avon.
