Site progress news!

Site progress is moving forward at this delightful detached three-bedroom property located in the beautiful village of Beckford. We have obtained planning permission to convert the property into a four-bedroom house with a loft conversion and rear extension. Along with these changes planning permission has also been granted for a garden room surrounded by a new patio, which will blend into the newly landscaped garden.

The proposals utilise a soft palate of materials including render, clay tiles and timber, to provide a stylish, modern design, breathing life into the tired existing house.

The property is currently being worked on so you will see from the images how the house is starting to take shape, through major alterations. This really is quite exciting to see the transformation taking place. The Clients are delighted by this and feel that the vision they had is very quickly coming to life.

Stay tuned as we provide updates of its on-site progress!

Office news with two Wedding Celebrations!

We are pleased to share that one of our Associates, Steve has finally tied the knot to his Architect wife and better half Nicola! And Annabel one of our Architectural Designers also tied the knot to her Firefighter husband Richard just a week later! Both celebrations were wonderful and we can see that both couples look very happy! (and of course the office dog had to make an appearance!)

What’s more both couples then took their honeymoon trip to Bali (though not together we might add!). We at MRT wish both couples a long and happy marriage together.

Stratford Rotary / Shakespeare Hospice Charity Golf Day

MRT Architects were pleased to support the event again this year. The golf day went well raising approximately £4000 for the Shakespeare Hospice. We had beautiful weather but unfortunately we were not amongst the prize winners this year – but an enjoyable time for all involved.
