Scaffolding drops at site in Welford on Avon

Scaffold down for welford project. New rendered walls and roof to unify original  house and the extensions. Bathrooms and tiling this week now that the decorators have completed. One team at a time for safe distance working.

Contemporary Dwelling in Welford on Avon

This new contemporary dwelling in Welford on Avon is carrying on sucessfully with the building team working in separate rooms and outside in the spring air. The scaffolding was dropped just before the lockdown and the site has been managed well to allow activity to continue inside so long as materials are avaliable on-site. Completion is due soon for a summer occupation.

Foundations started at new dwelling in Broadway

The Archaeologists have completed the dig and the foundations excavations are underway for this new dwelling in the heart of historic Broadway. Planning permission was granted for a two storey traditional Cotswold Stone House and we look forward to sharing the on-site progress with you.

Moving in day for clients in Broadway

Delighted client moving into their new home in Broadway. Another sucessful collaboration between MRT architects and Cotswold Oak Ltd.
The house was designed in the Broadway Cotswold style with an 0pen plan kitchen living and dining room, vaulted master bedroom with oak frame point windows with solar control blinds and media room.
