MRT have been working closely with Birmingham City Council to design a new development of 9 flats in the highly desirable location of Moseley, Birmingham. The new building will replace an existing dwelling and stand as a pavilion in a parkland setting, with clean rendered lines and inset panels of grey brick to accentuate the horizontal proportions of the structure.
Following a recent committee meeting, BCC have recommended the application for approval.
