An article in a recent Saturday Telegraph recently talked up and about house values and the Stamp Duty savings to be achieved. The popular newspaper featured photographs of a dwelling for sale that MRT designed in Tiddington a few years ago. The current tax relief is creating a lot of Estate Agency movements with good activity in the marketplace.
The house was a replacement dwelling and built as a speculative venture from an established construction company. The Stratford upon Avon firm completed a meticulously detailed and beautifully crafted building of great individuality. The Arts and Crafts style house sold soon after it was finished and is now selling well again during this mini property boom. We believe at MRT Architects that good design pays!
