Our good friends and clients are on the move to Cheltenham after selling their home in Ebrington following work undertaken by MRT Architects some years ago. The house in the centre of this historic village is nestled between the ancient church and the renowned country pub.
This classic mellow stoned Cotswold gem was given a makeover which complement additional space created by sensitively located extensions and alterations. A new front door, porch and cloakroom was created and connected into the centre of the house. This created an opportunity to remove outbuildings and build a new kitchen and dining room. Each of these zones sits vaulted under a gabled roof with pointed windows and doors overlooking a newly landscaped area of the interesting raised garden. Upstairs the interiors are stylish with ensuite bedrooms and many period features.
MRT look forward to working once again with our client at their new home to exploit the potential for the opportunity to create wonderful interiors and harmonious exteriors.
