Approval has recently been obtained from Stratford District Council for a replacement dwelling in Wootton Wawen. The existing bungalow occupies a large garden surrounded by agricultural fields and open countryside. This proposed new dwelling replaces a sprawling suburban bungalow into a more compact one and two storey house which is smaller in footprint, however improves the openness and permanence of the green belt. The redevelopment of this site is a carefully considered design which enhances the existing unattractive bungalow.
