The project involved repair works to the Chancel Parapet, with replacement stonework using Woodkirk stone, replacement stone blind tracery, grotesques, a cross to the East end of the Church, and pinnacles which were carved by specialist stone masons. During the construction work areas of death watch beetle, dry rot, and wet rot to existing timbers were uncovered, which were cut out and replaced.
