Its always good to work with old heritage buildings and give new life with a carefully considered renovations.
This 16th Century gem has been upgraded to provide modern day living with ensuite shower/bathrooms and knock throughs to create living dining with additional refurbished sitting rooms. All the principal features have been retained with old inglenooks and open fireplaces, beams and stonework exposed to view. Its Grade II Listed and has some unique surviving plaster reliefs of a Shakespearean time frame, with Planning and Listed Building Consent was achieved by negotiation with Conservation Officers.
This four-bedroom house will be available for holiday lets soon and there is a garden project coming on too!
